This is a really good vlog Abi, you come across as very confident throughout. I like the way you have gone into detail about the 3 stages you want to portray in your choreography. You have identified the challenges you faced, but it seems like you have now overcome these which is really good. I'm looking forward to seeing the final result.
I enjoyed listening to your vlog. I was wondering how has having three separate sections to your solo helped to choreograph your solo? Do you think it helped you focus more as you didn't think of the solo as a whole, but as three separate sections?
Thank you for your feedback. Having three sections has given me three different focuses which has helped overall in my choreographic process. It has also broken up the whole of my solo, which has given me a better understanding of the three sections and the piece as a whole.
I'm glad to hear your choreographic process is going to plan! It was very interesting to hear the structure you have decided t use in your piece and how it links to the stimulus. Did any of your original starting objectives change throughout the process? If so, why?
I really enjoyed watching your vlog it was really strong and clear. You mention the 3 sections that you will portray in your piece, what type of dynamics will you use in each section for your idea to come across even clearly to the audience?
Thank you for your comment. In the first section I plan on having slow dynamic movement. The second section is going to be moderately more dynamic. The third section is going to be the climax and have big dynamic movement.
